The member organisations of the New Town Bay Rowing Centre (NTBRC) provide excellent entry level programs for aspiring rowers. These range from ‘Come and Try Sessions’ to more formalised learn to row programs.
Students attending St Virgil’s, St Mary’s or GYC should speak to their Director of Sport about upcoming opportunities to learn to row.
Buckingham Rowing Club and the Tasmanian University Boat Club both offer ‘Learn to Row’ programs for junior rowers from schools other than SVC, SMC and GYC.
